There are numerous ways to predict this, such as using ovulation kits, or monitoring body temperature or just being aware and documenting your cycles.
In conclusion you need to observe your body, eat healthy, relax and do not try too hard to get it all perfect. Take care of the basics and let Mother Nature go to work.
