Infertility Cure - The Problems Surrounding Infertility and How To Overcome Them-00-4445 by WatsonFru

Are you infertility and would like to cure it? You should know that you are not alone. The topic of infertility has long been one of controversy and high emotions, among those experiencing it, as well as within the health care community. How does it happen, and with so many couples struggling with infertility, how soon can the world reveal an infertility cure? There are many challenges with both questions, and, truth be told, no one has any definitive answers, and the “cure” that so many seek will be different for everyone. The best hope for families seeking answers is research and support, and when armed with those two key elements, success at conceiving a child can be much greater.

Difficulty comes into play in determining how infertility happens when you consider that a baby is conceived not by just one, but two separate people, with completely different lifestyles, health histories, body chemistries, diets, goals, and stresses. The hormonal balances need to be just right for ovulation to occur, the egg to be healthy and viable, sperm to be produced in sufficient quantity and quality, and for all of that to unite at just the right time. That’s a lot of factors to coincide perfectly, and it seems impossible, yet it happens all the time, many times completely unplanned! So what makes some different than others, where the terrified teen down the street gets pregnant the first time she has sex, and the well-to-do couple around the corner has tried infertility treatments for years with no success? Sometimes there is no clear answer, but there are reasons that may play a role.

Past health issues, such as endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, or sexually transmitted diseases can create scar tissue, leading to problems conceiving a child. Age is also a factor for both men and women, in that eggs and sperm are less viable as we age. Unhealthy lifestyle habits such as smoking, drug use and excessive alcohol intake can decrease chances of becoming pregnant. Even prescription medications can hinder the ability to conceive.

Before trying to get pregnant, plan a visit to your doctor, for both partners, for a complete physical and health history. Bring a list of questions and concerns with you. Your doctor can best guide you in some healthy steps to take before trying to conceive, and how to track your ovulation to plan the best times to try. Simple blood tests can check for hormonal problems early on, which can be a culprit. Facing infertility can be a difficult road, but the more prepared you are with information, open communication, and emotional support, the better your odds are of finding the infertility “cure” that works for you.
